Bachata Sky Weekender takes place August 28–30, 2026 at 6708 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. Passes are sold for this event and date.

Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you request it. Early refund requests are generally accommodated; passes requested closer to the event date (August 28, 2026) are non-refundable. Add-ons such as the Jack & Jill Title Competition follow the same policy.

To request a refund, email skydynamicbachata@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method for the amount actually paid (after any promo discount).

If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified by email and offered a refund or transfer to the new date.

We collect the information needed to sell you a ticket and run the event: your name and email at checkout, and your order details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to process your order, send your ticket and confirmation, check you in at the door via your QR code, share important event updates, and (for Jack & Jill participants) facilitate competition registration through ScoreFlow. We also collect anonymous, aggregate site analytics to improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers that operate the event (such as our payment, email, and scoring providers). You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing skydynamicbachata@gmail.com.

Your pass admits the named purchaser to the event and is validated at the door via your QR code. Passes are intended for personal use and may not be resold for profit.

Code of conduct. We are committed to a safe, respectful space for all dancers. Harassment or unsafe behavior is not tolerated; organizers may refuse entry or remove anyone for misconduct, without refund.

Media. Photography and video may be captured at the event and used for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to appearing in such media.

Assumption of risk. Social dancing and workshops are physical activities; you participate at your own risk. The schedule, lineup, and instructors are subject to change.
